2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS
We process the following categories of personal data:
Identification data: Name, surname.
Contact details: E-mail address, telephone number (if provided).
Billing data: Address, for entrepreneurs additionally company name, company registration number, VAT number.
Contract performance data: Order data (purchase date, price), license key, type of purchased software.
Technical and operational data: IP address, information about the operating system and browser (to ensure compatibility and technical support), website logs.
Website behavior data: Information obtained through cookies (see point 8).
3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

4. GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING BASED ON LEGITIMATE INTEREST
Direct marketing (commercial communications): We use your email to send you information about our software and related news. You have the right to object to this processing at any time. You can unsubscribe in each email.
License protection and security: Processing of IP address and technical data to prevent license abuse or cyber attacks.
Enforcement of legal claims: Use of data to resolve complaints and disputes.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA (PROCESSORS)
We only transfer your data to verified third parties (processors) who comply with data protection standards and are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations:
Payment gateways: For processing online payments.
Accounting and tax service providers: For bookkeeping.
Technical and IT service providers: For server management and email communication.
Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
